Photos have emerged of Kristen Stewart looking far from down in the dumps as she tries to get over ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

The pair are widely reported to have split up last month after a rocky year that was sparked by her "momentary indiscretion" with Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

Pics obtained by X17Online show the Twilight actress laughing and joking with a pal by her car in Silverlake, and it's reported that she was out having a fun time from 9pm until around midnight.

The photographer behind the snaps told the site that you'd never be able to tell that she'd just been through a break-up.

"Kristen was in an really good mood," they claimed. "She was talking with one guy and two girls. She was super chill and seemed relaxed.

"She didn't seem distracted and wasn't texting or anything like that... it almost seemed like she was relieved."

Rocking her usual grungey style, K-Stew is seen in the pics in a dark green jacket, skin-tight blue jeans and converse, whilst her male pal is seen from behind in incredibly short khaki shorts and a matching jacket.

Rob has apparently not been spending too long wallowing in relationship-grief either. It was rumoured yesterday that he had been seen "flirting" with a brunette, with a source telling People of his night out with chums: "He sat on the couch at his table and sipped on multiple vodka cocktails throughout the evening.

"You'd never know he had just gone through a breakup. He was smiling the entire night and was in a really good mood. There wasn't a trace of sadness on his face."

The onlooker added: "He spent most of the night chatting with a brunette. There was definitely some flirting going on but it was all just talking, there was nothing physical going on between them and they never touched each other."

Olly Murs is on the verge of achieving the unthinkable by cracking America – but his unprecedented success might never have happened were it not for X Factor pals One Direction.

The 29-year-old Essex boy has come a long way since making it to the live final of the British talent show in 2009 having chalked up a string of top ten hits and three albums as well as numerous TV commitments – amongst them a co-hosting role on ITV2 spin-off The Xtra Factor.

But while his home success is attributed to his weekly performances on The X Factor, Olly admits the warm reception his music has received in the US – last album Right Place Right Time climbed to number five on the iTunes album chart – is partly down to the massive exposure he received while touring there with One Direction.

“In the UK, people don't give X Factor contestants that much credit,” he told The Daily Mirror, shortly after an appearance on Good Morning America. “Over in the States, they're listening to my music instead of saying 'Oh, he's from the X Factor...whatever.' I don't get the credit I deserve.

“So it's a really good thing for me. I'm able to come over here and be an artist – people are judging me on my abilities and my talent and my music. I don't ever expect to reach the heights of One Direction over here, but I believe I can be a success. And so far it's going well. It's been brilliant.”

The singer has been touring since February, but a summer break seems unlikely due to an expected performance at Radio 1's Big Weekend in Derry before he links up with celebrity pal Robbie Williams for a 17-date European stadium tour.

Ryan Gosling's new movie Only God Forgives was apparently met with some boos in the audience when it was screened at the Cannes Film Festival yesterday. Awkward.

The super-violent film, directed by Nicolas Winding Refn, features violent torture scenes in which a man is attacked with razor-sharp steel chopsticks and another in which another man has his arm severed by a sword.

Gosling is seen at one point dragging a man down a hallway by his jaw, and in another he puts his hand into the brutally murdered body of a woman.

During the particularly bloody scenes, Mail Online and Vulture both report boos being heard loudly in the audience - but add that the reception by the time the end credits rolled was mixed.

Gosling was not in attendance at the screening because he's in Detroit, Michigan, filming his directorial debut.

He sent a letter in his absence, which read: "Can't believe I'm not in Cannes. I was hoping to come but I'm on week three shooting my film in Detroit.

"Miss you all. Nicolas, my friend, we really are the same persons in different dimensions. I'm sending you good vibrations."

Will Smith is famed as being one of the coolest - if most unique - dads in Hollywood and now kids have even more reasons to be jealous of Willow and Jaden. Because, as it turns out, their mum and dad NEVER tell them to clean their rooms.

But it turns out Will has a very sound reason for his lenient parenting style. In an interview with Haute Living, Will confessed he gives his youngsters more freedom because he doesn’t want them to feel like slaves:

"My style of parenting is very similar to that of my parents, minus the concept of ownership... I think that, specifically in African American households, the idea coming out of slavery, there's a concept of your children being property and that was a major part that Jada and I released with our kids. We respect our children the way we would respect any other person."

"Things like cleaning up their room. You would never tell a full-grown adult to clean their room, so we don't tell our kids to clean their rooms."

And, as you may of guessed already, Will may not ask the children to clean THEIR rooms - but he does ask them to clean the rooms he's allowed them to borrow. Nice technicality there, Will - you learn that from Uncle Phil?

"We tell our kids 'you don't have a room, that's our room and we are letting you borrow it. So the same way you would say to an adult if you let them use your car, you say, 'Yo man, clean my car! Don't drive around all filthy like that!'"

Tonight The Apprentice went to the farm – literally – as the task was for the teams to set up farm shops, from sourcing produce to selling. Lord Sugar provided the venue, the teams just had to fill it and then empty it again, in a bid to make the highest profit.

• The girls stood on a three-loss streak and to help them out Lord Sugar mixed up the teams, moving Uzma and Natalie to team Endeavour and Jordan, Jason and Myles to Team Evolve. On Team Evolve Luisa was quick to jump at the team leader role, as she runs a cake shop. Cake shop, farm shop.. all the same! Neil grabbed team leader role on Team Endeavour, despite not knowing anything about farms...

• Team Evolve decided to go with a buffalo bar to be different, taking a risk, especially as it was a high cost product. They spent around £159 on produce and then spent more on veg and potatoes to go with their meat, to make soup and jacket potatoes to sell as a take-away product. Team Endeavour went for a milky theme, opting for Jersey cow milk, with an aim to make it into milkshakes. Uzma, Kurt and Ze were sent to pick fruit to go with their milkshakes, as well as locate vegetables to fill up the store. However Kurt was very focused on the milkshakes and it turns out the business plan he wants Lord Sugar to invest in is smoothies…

• Shops were set up in London with the milk shake team opting for “Fruity Cow” as a name whilst “Buffalocal” was selling the buffalo meat. The first customer to enter Buffalocal was surprised at the cost of £20 for two steaks, leaving the team wondering if they were too expensive. However with one customer willing to pay over £100 for an order, they weren’t completely lost. But they were also seen struggling to sell their take-away lunches…

• Meanwhile the milkshakes at Fruity Cow seemed to be flying off the shelves and so much so that Kurt decided to develop the business into juices. He bought some cheap apple juice and added carrots and pear to make a fruity juice, which also proved popular. With just 60 minutes to go both teams went with everything they had, slashing prices and pushing customers to buy.

• In the boardroom Luisa, team-manager of Team Evolve, defended her take-away plan saying her low cost and high-profit margins were worth it however she was aware that her lunchtime product didn’t work and pointed out she changed her strategy during the day. Neil from Team Endeavour said he went with milkshakes because of Kurt’s experience in smoothies and drinks. And it seems that Luisa’s changing plans paid off as Team Evolve took first place with £631.52 profit compared to Endeavour’s £539.67 profit.

• With Team Endeavour back in the boardroom, Lord Sugar said they were too focused on milkshakes and didn’t agree with the juices being made with ingredients from a supermarket. There was a lot of scrapping over sub-team contribution, with Kurt and Neil locking horns of Kurt’s promise to sell 200 milkshakes, when he only sold 113. So it came as no surprise that Neil brought Kurt back into the boardroom along with Uzma, as Neil believed the task could have been done without her – a comment that has led Uzma to be in the bottom 3, three times.

• With Neil, Kurt and Uzma fighting for their place in the competition it became Neil versus Uzma, with Neil telling Uzma she was out of her depth and was the weakest in the team. Neil told Lord Sugar he was happy to trample over people and Lord Sugar questioned whether he was a bit cocky. Lord Sugar also questioned whether Kurt knew what he was talking about when it came to drinks and Kurt retorted saying he contributed “50% of the profits” in the task and wasn’t standing in the background. And after much deliberation Lord Sugar decided to fire Uzma.

So Uzma is the latest casualty of the boardroom, despite Kurt and Neil’s milkshake plans not bringing the customers to the yard…. Next week the teams are off to Dubai – tune in on Tuesday to find out more!

Prince William is said to be determined to be by his wife Kate Middleton's side when she gives birth to their first child in July, with insiders revealing he wants to make the Duchess of Cambridge feel as "secure" as possible.

The royal couple haven't officially revealed the hospital where Kate will give birth, but according to a new report they have put the Royal Berkshire Hospital at the top of their list. An insider tells Life & Style magazine that the hospital, near the Duchess' parents, has facilities fit for royalty. “The Royal Berkshire is a wonderful 19th-century building with a very good level of care,” the source says.

The maternity ward of the hospital recently went through a million pound plus renovation so we're sure it will be fit for a royal birth, if the couple have indeed settled on the location.

Another strong possibility is the St. Mary’s hospital in Paddington, London where both Prince William and Prince Harry were born. Whilst it's the traditional choice for royal mums-to-be, the insider claims that Kate will choose the Royal Berkshire in order to show she's a modern royal: “Kate is showing she’s much more down-to-earth."

Prince William will be there throughout, the source adds. The father-to-be understandably wants his wife to feel safe and secure during the birth, which will of course attract the world's attention. “He’ll make sure she feels as secure as possible,” the insider adds.  “He can’t wait for this new chapter in their lives.”

It's already been suggested that Prince William will witness the birth of his first child later this summer with royal correspondent Robert Jobsen revealing to Now this month: "I'm sure he'll be there."

"It's become more common recently with the Royal Family - Peter Phillips, for instance, was at the birth of his daughters Savannah and Isla."

For awhile it seemed like Robert Pattinson had forgiven Kristen Stewart for cheating on him with married director Rupert Sanders last summer, but now in the wake of their split, it's been suggested that poor Rob never got over the betrayal.

Rob and Kristen broke up ahead of the actor's 27th birthday ten days ago, and now insiders claim it was all down to that affair that happened nearly a year ago. According to sources close to the pair, Rob had a hard time moving on from the scandal which hit headline worldwide, and he wasn't afraid to make his girlfriend pay for her betrayal:

"He really put her through the ringer," one insider tells Us Weekly. "Ultimately, it was like, 'Either we move past this or we don't.' It wasn't good for either of them."

Apparently the star repeatedly used Kristen's tryst with Sanders against her in arguments: "Rob always brings up the cheating scandal to Kristen," a second source tells Us. "He hangs it over her head."

The insiders don't rule out a reconciliation, though it seems like both Rob and Kristen need time on their own: "They're both good people," the first source tells Us. "It was just not the right thing for either of them right now."

The new allegations over the break-up come on the same day that further sources claimed that it was a text message found on Kristen’s phone by Rob to Rupert that ended their romance:

"Rob was looking at her phone on the morning of his birthday as he wanted to take a picture of something when she was in the shower," a source told The Sun newspaper. "Suddenly this message flashes up and it’s not what he wanted to see. He got straight up and left."

It’s believed that after the incident, the British actor was left reeling and subsequently told 23-year-old Kristen not to attend his 27th birthday bash, which she helped to organised earlier this month.

"Despite Kristen’s pleas, he told her not to come to his birthday party at a friend’s that night. He’s extremely angry and upset. No matter how many times she calls or texts, friends say he’s had enough."

Dancing With The Stars is finished but, for the stars of the show, the party was only just beginning when they hit up the show's wrap party at the glam SUR nightclub in Hollywood last night.

After 10 weeks of grueling (yes, really!) competition, it was only fair that the A-listers were given a chance to let their hair down in style - and put their newfound dance skills to the test on the club dancefloor!

Brad Pitt may be happily loved-up with his fiancee Angelina Jolie and their six adorable children but the actor has admitted in a new interview that he has learnt a lot from his past loves, including some life lessons from the dad of his ex Gwyneth Paltrow.

The 49-year-old actor opens up about his life during a rare and in-depth interview in the June/July 2013 issue of Esquire, and as well as gushing over Angelina and her bravery over her recent mastectomy, Brad also finds time to talk about the other important people in his life.

Brad and Gwyneth were together from 1994 to 1997 with the A-list couple even getting engaged. During that time the actor admits he was very close to Gwyneth's late father Bruce, who apparently changed the way he looked at his life.

The star reveals that he lists his occupation as “self-employed” when he is filling out forms. “I learned that from Bruce Paltrow. I always liked it. It’s a humble way to explain what we do.”

In the same article, Brad's close friend Frank Pollaro reveals that the stud has stopped doing raunchy on-screen sex scenes, out of respect for Ange. Brad may have made his name with scenes like his now infamous romp in Thelma and Louise, but all that movie sex is firmly behind him according to his mate:

"This is a guy who has tried not to do any sexy scenes with other women since he's met Angelina. He's crazy about her, and she's the same way about him."

Kendall Jenner seems to lead a pretty charmed life but even rich and famous teenagers have a down day, with the star recently posting about wishing "things could be easier." The seemingly innocent tweet caused a bit of a backlash though with Frances Bean Cobain even wading into the drama!

Some tweeters seemed miffed that Kendall should be complaining about her privileged lifestyle and even Frances Bean Cobain, the 20-year-old daughter of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain, got involved.

“i’d rather be a scumbag than a f**king idiot. Praise high IQ’s, good taste & awareness about the state of the world,” Frances responded. “oh ya, not to mention, CANCER, famine, poverty, draught, disease, natural disasters, Death. F**k, Humans are so self involved.”

But Francis didn’t stop there, tweeting,

Kristen Stewart may be going through her own drama with now ex boyfriend Robert Pattinson, but her mum has been facing some troubling times recently too, as she files a restraining order against a neighbour who accused her of owning wolves!

Yep, in a case that Kristen's Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner might be interested in, Jules Stewart recently filed a restraining order against her neighbour, Sue Bemi who had accused Stewart of owning wolves during an April 21 dispute on Stewart's driveway, TMZ reports.

According to Jules' recent court filing, Bemi allegedly harassed her, demanding that the animals aren't appropriate pets and should be set free.

Now KStew's mum has hit back in the wake of the dispute, revealing her reasons for filing the restraining order:

"I'm a very private person and try to remain that way, but, when someone threatens me, or my animals, on my own property -- I will retaliate, which is what I did by obtaining a restraining order from the superior court," Stewart tells Us Weekly.

Jules insists that the animals in question are technically "wolf-hybrids":

"The honest truth about the animals is, years ago I rescued a few wolf-hybrids, and they live on a large open piece of property filled with trees. These animals are perfectly legal in the state of California."

She adds that the canines are not "100 percent wolves locked up somewhere they shouldn't be." And the animal lover considers her four pets, named Jack, Lily, Tommy and Lola, part of the family: "They're not pets, they're more like companions. They're loyal, they're big, they're completely socialized, they're licensed, they're legal for me to have them, and I love them!"

People around the globe have been sending their support to the victims of the Oklahoma tornado and, this afternoon, Jennifer Aniston and Ellen DeGeneres did the same, dedicating today's episode of the Ellen DeGeneres Show to those affected by the natural disaster.

Ellen, famed for her acerbic wit, gave an impassioned and moving speech during the opening of the show, offering up her love to the victims of Oklahoma:

"I take all that love and today I give it to everybody in Oklahoma. Before I start, I just wanna say that our thoughts and prayers are with everyone there. But I assume if you're watching, you wanna take a break from the news and laugh for a little while. So, that's what we're gonna do and that's what we try and do every day."

"[But] Right now, we wanted to send our love to all of the victims of the devastating tornadoes that have affected Texas and Oklahoma. The images are heartbreaking, and we want everyone there to know that we're thinking of you."

And Jennifer Aniston, who was acting as the show's cohost, added how "important" it is for everyone to help those affected by the natural disaster, which has left at least 24 people dead and more than 200 injured.

"It is important to do whatever you can to help…you can text the words 'Red Cross' to 90999 and $10 will go to the American Red Cross. Go to the website for more information."

Zoe Saldana may have made her name in Hollywood as an actress, but it seems as if the Star Trek Into Darkness star is set to do a Ryan Gosling and swap being in front of the camera to being the one behind it.

Yup, Zoe wants to become a director - and if there's anyone out there with the drive to do it, we think it's her!

Speaking to Reuters at a Cannes press converence earlier today, Zoe - who stars in Cannes favourite Blood Ties - admitted that she is "very determined" to "make that transition":

"Five years ago I didn't have ambitions. I'd just live day to day. It's not like I'm a happy go-lucky person, I am very determined. If I get an audition to go for a role that I really want I'm going to give 150 percent, but I was never the man with the plan."

The stunning model was taking part in a skincare shoot for her own line, KORA Organics, on Miami Beach but it wasn't her glowing complexion that was the star of the day!

The former Victoria's Secret Angel may have been used to flashing some flesh in the past in sexy lingerie shoots and catwalk shows but today it was very much an accident.

The Friends reunion rumours have been floating around since the hit show left our telly screens ten years ago, but today it's star Jennifer Aniston admitted she would love to reprise her role as Rachel Green alongside her cast mates.

Jen was a guest host on her friend Ellen DeGeneres talk show today, and the subject of her hit 90's comedy was bought up A LOT! The day kicked off with the release of a teaser skit for Jen's slot on the hugely popular daytime talk show. The short clip sees Jen arriving at former co-star Matthew Perry's house to get some hosting tips, only to discover a few familiar faces hiding inside! Watch the video here.

Once the show kicked off naughty Ellen made sure to get the goss on a possible reunion. Whilst Jen dind't exactly confirm rumours she did admit that she really misses Matthew and co:

Rihanna has always had a rollercoaster relationship with on/off love Chris Brown and now that the pair have finally split (we think?) RiRi is said to be staying away from boys for awhile.

The couple called it quits, again, this month with Chris confessing in a recent interview that he felt too young to settle down. But whilst Chris has moved on with his other ex Karrueche Tran, insiders say RiRi is keen to remain single and keep things drama-free for awhile.

“If someone comes across her path, and they’re both feeling it, then she’d make a move,” a source close the 25-year-old reveals. ”But my b***h isn’t searching for anybody. She’s not thirsty, that’s all.”

But despite the pair appearing practically inseparable, those close to Brown insist he's not getting serious with Tran, or anyone else. “He ain’t about to hop into a relationship and be serious with anybody," a close pal told HollywoodLife, "not Rihanna and not Karrueche."

“He ain’t about to be forced into doing anything," the source went on. “He’s in a serious relationship with his music, his career and his life. He’s doing him, and learning about Chris these days!”

The judging panel for the X Factor 2013 has finally been revealed (not that we hadn't already guessed Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Sherzinger were back!), and, now, Harry Hill has revealed just what we can expect from the upcoming X Factor MUSICAL!

Oh yes, we'd forgotten there was an X Factor musical in the works too. But, from what the infamous telly expert and comedian had to say on the matter, it sounds like it's going to be must-see stuff.

In an interview with The Evening Standard, Harry explained that this musical is going to be unlike any we've ever seen before - and the name itself implies that the Simon Cowell-approved project is going to be ever so tongue-in-cheek:

“We’d been umm-ing and ahh-ing about the title for a while, then it hit us — there’s never been a musical called I Can’t Sing! It also happens to be the title of one of the funniest songs in the show, and we hope hints at the direction we’re taking this production.”

“We’re pretty certain that you won’t have seen anything like it before and it’s great that Simon is backing it 4,500 per cent."

Harry went on to reveal that the “micky taking spectacular” will see parodies of iconic X Factor judges, including Simon, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh, but that the talent will be fresh, new and before unheard of.

The sun may not have been shining at Buckingham Palace this afternoon but Kate Middleton made sure she brought some colour to the Queen's Garden Party, donning an elegant yellow coat and hat.

The Duchess of Cambridge was one of the star guests at the event and she made sure to dress the part in a stunning yellow coat and hat for the outdoor bash.The pregnant Royal covered up against the chilly weather in her Emilia Wickstead coat, who also designed the beautiful blue cocktail dress the Duchess wore to the National Portrait Gallery last month.

Kate teamed her coat with a fascinator style hat from Jane Corbett. The Duchess loves to recycle her favourite pieces with the hat last seen at the 2012 Garter Day ceremony

Completing the look was the Duchess' favourite patent nude court shoes, matching clutch and drop earrings.

The pregnant royal, who is two months away from the arrival of her first child, joined around 8000 guests for afternoon tea in the gardens at Buckingham Palace with other high profile royals including the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.

The Duchess, who attended her first garden party last year, mingled with Olympians and Paralympians from last year's successful London 2012 games as well as organisers who helped to pull off the successful running of the show.

We're sure it was  cucumber sandwiches and tea all round, with The Mirror reporting earlier today that 270,000 cups of tea will be drank during the afternoon!

Ryan Gosling has expressed his dismay over missing the Cannes 2013 red carpet premiere of his new movie, Only God Forgives - but don't worry, he had a very good reason for not being there.

In fact, the Hollywood hunk is busy at work on his directorial debut, How To Catch A Monster!

But Ryan wasn't about to let his fans down and, in a letter read out by Cannes director Thierry Fremaux at a press conference today, revealed he was sending everyone "good vibrations".

"I can't believe that I'm not in Cannes with you. I was hoping to be coming but I am in the third week of shooting my movie. I miss you all. Nicolas, my friend, we really are the same, simply in different worlds and I am sending you good vibrations. I am with you all."

Lovely penmanship there, Ryan - and it seems to have done the trick. While his absence is definitely being felt at the festival, which depends on big stars to walk the red carpet and draw media attention to upcoming films, Fremaux seemed to be accepting of Gosling's eloquent apology:

"He is not with us physically, but as he stated, his thoughts are with us."

And, to be honest, we have a feeling this film will be getting plenty of media attention anyway, despite Gosling being AWOL. The second of his collaborations with Director Nicolas Winding Refn following wildly successful 2011 film Drive, the film has received mixed reviews from critics due to scenes of extreme violence.

But it is, after all, a Gosling movie - and everyone has been desperate to see if Only God Forgives will live up to the hype surrounding it. We're predicting a box office hit when it finally makes it into cinemas.

Selena Gomez spoke out about recent controversies surrounding her during an interview today - and no, we don't mean the running feud between BFF Taylor Swift and on / off boyfriend Justin Bieber!

In fact, Selena was referring to dark teenage comedy film Spring Breakers, in which she recently starred. And she had plenty to say on the subject to Radio 1's Breakfast Show host Nick Grimshaw.

"You know [it was] really different for me. I wish all my movies were like that."

When discussing the "creative and artsy" film, which follows four friends who end up in prison after robbing a restaurant to fund their summer holiday, Selena explained that - contrary to public belief - she did NOT choose the role to change her public image.

"I was aching for something that would be creative and artsy... I get that it's started a little bit of controversy which is understandable but at the end of a day it's a character." 

"The bigger you get the more people are going to try and bring you down... I'm just trying to do what makes me happy."

Sounds pretty sensible to us! And, as the majority of film critics have responded positively to the flick, we'd say her judgement was sound in choosing the role, wouldn't you?

And Selena isn't done with the shock factor. New co-star Jamie Chung has explained to E! News that the Disney actress is about to get even darker for her next film, which is all about "the parents' perspective of being the parents of a murderer, a mass murder like Sandy Hook."

"The thing is, she's so talented, you're really going to see a different side. It's going to be a bit more fragile. I think it's a side you've never seen of her. It's quite fantastic."
