It appears that the long wait for Daniel Radcliffe to agree a contract for the 6th and 7th Harry Potter movies is now at an end.
British tabloid The Sun claims that Radcliffe has indeed signed a contract with Warner Brothers to make the final two movies, "The Half-Blood Prince" and "The Deathly Hallows", with "The Order of the Phoenix" coming out this year.
Speculation was rife that Radcliffe would not complete the series that made him a star after appearing in the play "Equus" in London's West End. Added to that was co-star Emma Watson's (Hermoine in the series) growing reluctance to go on in her role, and the rumours that Tom Felton, the actor who played Draco Malfoy, was being replaced.
Watson and Felton's involvement remains unresolved, however there is great relief among the fans (and the studio!)that the title role will still be Radcliffe's.
