Madonna To Make Directing Debut

Queen of pop Madonna is reportedly planning her first stint as a film director.

Madge is hoping to follow in the footsteps of her director husband with a new film called ?Blade To The Heart?.

The film will tell the real life story of boxing rivals Emile Griffith and Benny ?Kid? Paret; Paret died in 1962 after a fight with Griffith.

According to the Sun, Madge?s company Maverick Entertainment is behind the film and it is thought that she will step behind the camera and direct the feature length film.

Let's hope she is not totally Swept Away by the challenge...
