Gwen Stefani Buys Jennifer Lopez' Former Home

For a cool $15.5million...

Pop star Gwen Stefani has bought Jennifer Lopez? former home.

The singer and her rock star husband Gavin Rossdale spent close to $15.5million on the luxury Beverly Hills pad.

The house is currently owned by businessman Sam Nazarian who confirmed that the sale had gone through.

Nazarian bought the sprawling home from Lopez back in 2004 for $12.5million. It two acres property was built in 1998 and features a tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool and screening room.

He said: ?We anticipated it taking a little bit longer to sell."
