Watch Out, The Wanted! One Direction ‘To Star In Ten-Part Reality Show’
It was only a matter of time before One Direction entered the realm of reality TV, so it comes as little surprise the the boyband are hashing out a deal to star in a fly-on-the wall series for ITV.
The Little Things singer are reported to have pretty much signed on the dotted line to star in a ten-part TV series.

A source revealed to The Daily Star: “Producers have met with the band’s representatives and it’s pretty much a done deal. Details are being ironed out, including budgets and when to film.”
Top executives are hoping the ten-week show will follow in the success of This Is Us – which became an instant box office hit in the summer – attracting the band’s millions of international fans and a huge advertising revenue.
Filming was initially scheduled to start in February next year, but the boyband will have some much-needed time off after spending most of the year jetting through city to city on their Take Me Home tour, meaning filming will go ahead later in the year.
The boys, whose international tour came to an end in November, have enjoyed just a total of 14 days off in 2013 and will be embarking on another UK tour in 2014.
Insiders are convinced the band’s upcoming show will pull in some pretty impressive ratings: “They are at the top of their game and that will translate into big ratings,” the source added.
