Tom Daley Shows Off His Birthday Suit On ‘Jonathan Ross’

Tom Daley is set to show off his medal-winning body for his appearance on tonight’s  (August 18) ‘The Jonathan Ross Show’!

The Olympic diver impressed show host Jonathan as well as fellow guests Usain Bolt, Jessica Ennis, Colin Farrell and most notably Kelly Brook with his risque look at the show’s taping earlier this week. He’s used to showing off that body after his high-profile Olympic performances but at least Tom did decide to smarten things up a litle by pairing his trunks with a shirtless collar and tie!

Joking about his choice of clothing, Tom told Jonathan: ‘The invite I got said smart/casual’.

Kelly was soon gushing about her evening with Tom and his fellow Olympians, posting a group shot of the famous sofa on her twitter page. Unfortunately Tom had changed into a full suit for the snap…

The show was recorded on August 16 so there was no hint of the Olympic tattoo which Tom unveiled to his Twitter followers last night. The diver did talk about his London 2012 experience though, confessing he still gets scared when he’s about the launch himself off the diving board:

“I get scared every time I’m up there (on the board). A 10 metre board is the height of two double decker buses and half a car, all piled up on top of each other. It’s a long way up and I get scared every time. I’ve hit my head twice'”

Daley also spoke about the pain of losing his father before the home Games and his bronze medal winning final: “‘I’m gutted he wasn’t there to watch it. All the hard work we put in together when I was young paid off. It’s good my family have finally got some good news.”

Usain Bolt also made an appearance on the chat show, telling Jonathan he’s desperate to become a footballer. Convinced he can play for Manchester United, the Jamaican native told the show: “I’ll be there, if the money’s right. No problem’.”

When Ross questioned the sprinter on his decision to try out for the squad, Bolt said: “That’s definitely one thing I want to try. I think I’ll be good. I can do that. I’ve got the skills.”

Fellow guest Kelly Brook got in the Olympic spirit, recreating Usain’s famous lightning bolt pose as she sat beside the Olympic champ backstage.

Meanwhile Rita Ora, who performed on the show, uploaded a picture to her Twitter of her hanging out Tom and a couple of Olympic medals, captioning it: “Who said I didt win a gold? @TomDaley1994 thank you @j_enis for letting me steal it even for half a second!! #TeamGB'”
