Simon Cowell is Introducing His Mother to Pregnant Lauren Silverman

Simon Cowell, who recently made headlines when it was revealed that he is expecting a child with the wife of his close friend Andrew Silverman, is set to introduce his knocked up lover Lauren Silverman to his mother. According to reports, Laura is going to fly from her New York City home to England where the two will be introduced. A source commented that Simon even hopes they’ll be close now that they’re going to be family:

”Lauren is flying to the UK to be formally introduced to Simon’s mum. He’s more nervous about that than becoming a dad! Simon’s mum is the boss. He wants her approval, and for Lauren and Julie to become close. It means everything to him that the two most important women in his life form a good bond.”

The source added that Simon is beginning to see Lauren as family and they’re now bonded in a way that will keep them together in some form for a long time to come:

”Simon sees Lauren as family now and says they have a bond for life. He wants to do everything in his power to honour her and their child.”

Simon hasn’t ruled out the idea of possibly having a real relationship (shock) with Lauren either and could even see them walking down the aisle but is taking things slowly:

”Simon’s playing his cards close to his chest, but it’s clear he has deep feelings for Lauren. Marriage isn’t such an off-limits idea and Simon’s mum would want that for him.”
