‘She’s More Confident’: Kate Middleton, Duchess Of Cambridge Won’t Be Returning To Parent’s Home After Second Royal Birth
After the arrival of Prince George of Cambridge last Summer, Kate Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge headed straight to her parent’s home in Bucklebury, Berkshire where her and Prince William spent the first few weeks as parents. But with her second child, things are apparently going to different, with the Duchess deciding the couple will retreat to their recently renovated Norfolk mansion, Anmer Hall.
It was confirmed last week that the Duke and Duchess are set to welcome their second child, next year. According to sources, Kate’s expected to give birth at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London as with Prince George, but instead of heading to her parent’s home, is “more confident,” this time around, to go it alone without the help of her family.
A source told the MailOnline: “Kate and William plan to go to their own family home after the birth. Kate is more confident now. This is all about the start of a new life for them and the family.”

“There is a nanny annex and a guest suite with plenty of space for Kate’s family,” a friend of the couple told the paper,”
The couple are expected to make the ten-bedroom mansion on the Sandringham estate, a gift from the Queen, their main home over the next few months, after William took a job with the East Anglina Air Ambulance, which he’ll start next Spring. The home will give the young family more privacy than their apartments at Kensington Palace and is perfect for bringing up their children.
The pregnancy came just over a year after the birth of Prince George and the report claimed it was even quick for the royal couple.

“It was the plan, but they are surprised and of course delighted it has happened so quickly,” the source continued, “They both wanted a short age gap between George and his sibling, and they would love a little sister for George.
“There’s just a year between Kate and her sister Pippa and they are very close. Kate and William want that for George too,” they added.
With two children, Kate’s also believed to be getting a full-time nanny to help her out with ‘handful’ Prince George.
