Meet the little Princess: Kate Middleton and Prince William present their daughter She was only born a few hours ago, but we’ve already met the newest member of the royal family the little Princess Cambridge. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge posed with their baby daughter on the steps of the Lindo Wing, St Mary’s Hospital as they did two years ago with their son Prince George. Kate and William came out briefly to present the little girl, who was asleep in the Duchess’ arms, though unlike last time they didn’t speak to the waiting media. They then went inside for a few moments, before bringing their daughter back out in a baby seat and driving back to Kensington Palace. The Duchess looked very well, wearing a yellow smock dress.-large.jpg”>-large.jpg” alt=”(BBCNews)” width=”950″ height=”475″ /> (BBCNews)In a statement at around 5:30pm (GMT) the couple thanked well-wishers and the staff at the hospital and confirmed they’d return to their home, Kensington Palace that evening. The Princess of Cambridge leaves hospital (FameFlynetUK)“Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge will be leaving St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington this evening. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their daughter will travel home to Kensington Palace.
