Rihanna Named As Spokesperson For ‘Outspoken New Cosmetics Campaign

Rihanna has teamed up MAC cosmetics once again for a new campaign for the make-up brand.

The ‘Diamonds’ singer has been unveiled as the new spokesperson for the company’s Viva Glam campaign after having a successful year with her RiRi Hearts MAC collection.

All proceeds of Viva Glam’s lipstick and gloss will go to those suffering from HIV/AIDS.

“The idea of VIVA GLAM was to celebrate life and the outspoken attitude of the company,” the official website states.

The 25-year-old star first collaborated with the make-up brand in February this year and has released a new collection each season. Her latest line, which will come out in December, includes a selection of lipsticks and glosses, smoky brown shadows, a golden bronzer and two superslick liquid eye liners.

“When you think of make-up, the brand that pops into your mind — for something legit — is MAC,” Rihanna recently told Women’s Wear Daily. “Whatever colour you want, it’s like ‘Let’s go to MAC.’

“I’ve been using MAC on tour for such a long time it was a natural fit for me. I have always loved make-up, and I always said that if I do it, I want to do it with a credible brand.”
