Rihanna, Bill Cosby, Eddie Murphy: Are Not Dead

And the celebrity death hoaxes continue to surface the Internet.

Google had plenty of searches this past week as fans did their research work to see if the 73-year-old Bill Cosby had died. But contrary to reports and speculation, the famous comedian is still alive and well.

Rumors travelled rapidly when a “R.I.P. Bill Cosby” page on Facebook was started, which sent Twitter quickly into a swirling frenzy.

But this, of course, is not the first time an inaccurate report of a celebrities’ death has occurred and spread widely across the social media platforms.

In 2010, Cosby told CNN that it was the fourth time he was being reported dead.

Earlier this week on Monday, music star Rihanna reportedly had a heart attack, according to a French  news site claimed the We Found Love songstress had “sunk into an [alcohol-induced] coma before succumbing a heart attack.”

But the alleged reported turned out to be also not true.

And fellow comedian Eddie Murphy was being noted as dead on July 11, from a reported snowboarding accident in Zermatt, Switzerland.

According to Gossip Cop, the Tower Heist actor has been “killed” a dozen times in years past. And Murphy is also, alive and still kicking.
