Niall Horan’s Too Scared To Get A Tattoo!

The 20 year-old seemingly tricked the world whilst in New Zealand earlier on in the year by Instagramming a picture of him with what looked like a fern on his wrist. The small tattoo was later revealed to have been a simple transfer sent to him by a fan.

After spending most of the year on the epic Take Me Home tour that consisted of 128 shows, Niall Horan and the rest of his One Direction members have returned home for Christmas.

With their millions of adoring fans and their every move being watched, a quiet life is only a distance dream. With an increasing number of celebrities such as Justin Bieber, Amanda Bynes and Miley Cyrus hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons, what did Horan’s mum think about the 1D members going off the rails?

In an interview with UK Star magazine, 52- year old Maura Gallagher seemed confident his son and the rest of the band would be fine.

“I don’t think they would look crooked [be interested] at those things. They have great people around them and I hope they’re protected from that sort of thing,” she told the magazine.

Despite this she did admit with his jet setting lifestyle she’s never that sure about just where Niall is, she said: “I never know where he is or what he is doing” when asked how she keeps in touch with her son, finishing by explaining they communicate by text as “he will always get back to me”.

Manager and X Factor music mogul Simon Cowell has himself revealed that he is keeping a watchful eye over the 1D boys when he spoke to American news network Fox earlier on in the year, saying he would be sure to step in if he thought things were getting out of control.

The subject of tattoos has also be one of popularity when it comes to the boy band who have a whopping 132 ink designs collectively, with Harry Styles racking up a massive 48. Gallagher was asked if she worried Horan would cave and obtain body art like the rest of the boys, to this she answered: “He has no interest in tattoos. He’d be too afraid of the pain!”.
