Former ‘Disney’ star Miley Cyrus has made some pretty transparent comments about smoking marijuana. Although she won’t directly admit to being a “stoner” she says that it is a pretty easy thing to figure out if you examine her latest collaboration with Snoop Dogg, a notorious lover of all things weed. She says simply:

“I did a song with Snoop Dogg called ‘Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,’ so people can put it together for themselves.”

Throwing her weight behind the legalization of weed, Miley says she loves living in California because it isn’t illegal and it grants people more freedom to be themselves:

“As long as it isn’t illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it’s legal in the state of California. So I’m happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be.”

Although she may be met with critics, Miley also says she thinks weed is less damaging than alcohol because people never get out of control or become stuck in a depression because of their use:

“I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana — people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don’t care. I’ve seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I’ve never seen that happen with weed.”
