Miley Cyrus will be twerking all over New York’s Times Square this coming New Year’s Eve as the singer has ditched her scheduled performance in Miami to appear during the annual Rockin’ Eve.

The 21-year-old was due to countdown to midnight on NYE at the Fountainbleau Miami Beach hotel alongside her producer buddy Pharrell Williams however, she’s had a quick change of plans after being swayed by Ryan Seacrest to make an appearance during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. Announcing the exciting news via Twitter, Miley said: “Smilers! There’s been a change in my NYE plans.
