Meadow Walker Being Comforted By Family After Father Paul Walker’s Death

Following actor Paul Walker’s tragic death, thoughts have turned to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, who Paul fathered with ex-girlfriend Rebecca McBrain. A source close to the family has stated that she is now being comforted by close friends and family. The insider reveals that the family are thankful for the support they’ve been shown and are quietly mourning Paul’s shocking death:

“She is surrounded by family and friends, and they are trying to comfort her and help her get through this. Everyone is taking it hard, but there has been a large outpouring of love and support for the family.”

The family also issued a message asking those who wish to remember Paul to donate to his charity that he was extremely passionate about. The statement read:

Paul’s father gave an emotional interview about how he was glad to have always told his son how much he loved him. He added that the actor was thinking about taking a hiatus from his career to spend more time with his daughter and was often conflicted:

“His heart was so big, I was proud of him every day of his life. I’m just … glad that every time I saw him, I told him I loved him. And he would say the same thing to me. [He told me] ‘I want to take a hiatus. She’s just 15, and I don’t have much more time to be with her.’ And then, boom, he got another three movies,” Walker recalled. “He would say, ‘I don’t know what to do.’ “
