The married A-List actor has been named in an employment tribunal brought by a female hotel worker, claiming unfair dismissal from Scotland’s Old Course Hotel in St Andrews.

The 34-year-old claims the star – who was on a golfing holiday with his wife, but cannot be named for legal reasons – grabbed her wrist, dropped his towel and performed the sex act on himself after enjoying a massage.

She told the tribunal, “It was disgusting and, even though he was a Hollywood superstar, I couldn’t believe he thought he could get away with something like that. He abused me and I considered that a criminal act.

“When I was giving his wife a massage afterwards, I wanted to tell her.”

She told the Dundee tribunal she had been treated different by her bosses after she complained about the alleged incident in 2004, before her eventual dismissal last August.

The hearing was adjourned until May.
