Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande, Leona Lewis Light Up Stage At Rockefeller Center Christmas Special (WATCH)

This year’s Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting was without a doubt one of the biggest diva fests of the year with the likes of Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Leona Lewis and Ariana Grande gracing the stage to belt out festive classics.

Hosted by Today’s Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker and Natalie Morales, the special which was broadcast in the US last night, saw some of the biggest powerhouse vocalists ring in the Christmas season with yuletide joy as the gigantic tree was lit up in spectacular fashion.

Mariah, who has performed at the annual Rockefeller event several times in the past, wowed the audience with her trademark whistle vocals while belting out ‘Joy To The World’ and also her festive classic ‘All I Want For Christmas.’

The former American Idol judge couldn’t have looked more elegant showing off her enviable hourglass figure in a white beaded fishtail gown before changing into a form-fitting red dress which accentuated her ample cleavage.

Representing the Brits was Leona Lewis who rivalled Mariah’s vocals with a stunning rendition of ‘White Christmas,’ which drew plenty of applause and ovations from the audience. The single features on Leona’s first ever festive album, ‘Christmas, With Love,’ which also boasts covers of ‘Ave Maria,’ ‘Silent Night’ and the fun jingle ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everday.’

Meanwhile, Ariana Grande, who has also been releasing her own versions and original Christmas songs, pre-taped her performance on November 26 and showed off her vocals singing ‘Love Is Everything’ and ‘Last Christmas.’

R&B legends Mary J. Blige and Toni Braxton also graced the stage during the special as did Jewel, Kelly Clarkson, Goo Goo Dolls and Babyface.
