Kourtney Kardashian’s Supposed Male Model Baby Daddy Sent Her an Ultimatum

A male model, Michael Girgenti, who once appeared alongside Kourtney Kardashian in a photo shoot continues to claim that he is the real father of Kourtney’s son Mason. The man has been claiming this for quite some time, but now he’s decided to take legal action to get proof that he’s the real father. According to reports, he first wrote to Kourtney to ask her to see reason, only taking legal action when she failed to respond. His note read:

”My attentions [sic] are not to hurt the family you’ve created with Scott. But at the same time, Mason deserves to know the truth. I assure you I don’t take being a father lightly. I will be a great father to Mason. Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously because if you don’t, I will be forced to take legal action and sue.”

Michael recently filed paperwork regarding the case and there is a hearing set for next month to determine how to proceed. An insider close to Kourtney says that the reality star is laughing this all off because she never even had sex with Michael and knows he is using this as a chance to raise his fame:

”She did not have sex with that model. This whole thing is so ridiculous. She thinks it is stupid and it really isn’t true. Kourtney knows who the father of her son is and it isn’t this guy.”
