Kim Kardashian Hoping to Copy Royal Wedding Gown?

According to reports, Kim Kardashian was so impressed with the royal wedding that she is hoping to copy elements of the big event for when she walks down the aisle with fiancé Kanye West. The engaged couple are rumored to be having a regal theme for their celebration and Kim would like to create a dress similar to Kate’s famous Alexander McQueen bridal gown, as well as several other outfit changes throughout the day. A source opened up:

”Kim is absolutely obsessed with everything Kate and William do. She considers her own family ‘American Royalty’. Kim loves Kate’s style and while she is planning on several gowns for her big day, she wants the one for the ceremony to look something like Kate’s dress. The brief is demure princess and she’ll also wear a tiara.”

As if that wasn’t enough, the couple are even planning on sitting on gold thrones during the reception event and are using their own palace themed home as further inspiration to get a royal-inspired look going on throughout the festivities:

”They think it’d be really cool to have gold thrones to sit on during the reception. They’ve already got a Buckingham Palace-themed room in their new home, which they’re using as inspiration.”
