Kellie Pickler Wins ‘Dancing With the Stars’!

Singer Kellie Pickler has danced her way to the winning spot of the latest ‘Dancing With The Stars‘ season along with her partner Derek Hough. She was gifted with the coveted mirror ball trophy after fighting off competition from Disney star Zendaya Coleman who was happy with the amazing experience that came with the show despite missing out: “I’m very proud and I’m very happy.” Kellie looked stunning to be crowned the winner, commenting:

“No, not at all. This is amazing. Oh my God, Grandpa Ken, we got you the trophy, buddy.”

Kellie’s grandfather Ken is a big fan of the show and even prayed that she would take home the trophy. Kellie explained before the big win that Ken also wanted Derek to be her partner from the very beginning:

“Right before I left Nashville for L.A., my Grandpa Ken, who is a huge fan of the show, told me he was praying that Derek would be my partner, because that’s his favorite male dancer on the show, now I think I will tell him to pray that we win!”
