Kate Middleton Has Fallen For Australia! Duchess Gushes Over ‘Special’ Visit In Brisbane With Prince William

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge continued her fashion parade during the royal tour of Australian on Saturday showing off her endless legs in an LK Bennett shift dress adorned with blue poppies.

The couple looked pretty happy as they touched down in Brisbane for the visit, arriving at RAAF Amberley, where temperatures were soaring. It was so hot one of the service women on duty fainted after standing on the runway for so long awaiting the royal arrival.

We doubt sun worshippers Kate and Wills minded a bit of heat after getting soaked for most of the tour in New Zealand last week.

After landing the couple were given a tour of the base before heading to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition centre for a welcoming reception.

It seems Australia has certainly worked it’s magic as the Duchess thanked the country for such a warm welcome to her and son George.

She said in a speech at the centre: “Thank everyone who has welcomed me and George so incredibly warmly to our first visit.

“To be here together as a family has been very special and we will always remember it with fond and happy memories.”

Prince William of course first came to the country in 1983 on a tour with his parents when he was around George’s age. But will George be back with his son in 30 years time?
