Kate Middleton ‘Determined To Remain Fashionable’ Throughout Pregnancy
It’s hard to imagine Kate Middleton looking frumpy, but it’s been revealed that the Duchess of Cambridge is terrified of letting her fashionable image slip as her baby bump grows bigger.
Most mums to be don’t have the time or energy to worry about their wardrobe, but Kate Middleton is lucky to have friends like Natasha Rufus Isaacs and Lavinia Brennan to design fashion forward maternity wear for her, according to the Mail Online.
“She’s determined to remain fashionable between now and the birth and doesn’t want to be seen as frumpy,” a friend of the Duchess tells the site.
After holidaying in Mustique with her family, the Duchess of Cambridge has put acute morning sickness behind her and is preparing to return to work next week with a series of official engagements. She’s well aware that part of her job is to look fabulous at all times, and taking extra precautions to make sure her growing baby bump doesn’t cramp her style.
Kate will attend a string of public engagements starting next week with a visit to one of her charities: Action On Addiction, in London.
It’s all go for the Duchess, who will announce that she is taking on three new charities next month. She’ll be five months gone by then – so exciting!
A Palace spokesman confirmed: “The Duchess is already patron of four charities and will add a small number to that list.”
We’re sure she’ll look great whatever she wears!
