Justin Bieber Compares Himself To Buzz Lightyear In ‘Boyfriend’ Lyrics
Justin Bieber has said that he finds rapping ‘fun’ but that his new album is not as hip-hop heavy as some people have claimed.
After making a name for himself as a promising little rhymer during a number of radio fresstyle sessions it was suggested that Bieber’s forthcoming second album would see him rapping over a number of songs, however in a new interview Justin his disputed that.
“I just rap for fun. It’s nothing to take seriously. On my new album, I’m going to do a little bit of rapping,” he told Complex.
However, Justin did confirm some of the lyrics to his new single ‘Boyfriend’ for the magazine, including a line about being his girls ‘Buzz Lightyear’.
“Tell me what you like, dear/Tell me what you don’t/I could be your Buzz Lightyear/Fly across the globe/You don’t even need to fight, dear/You already know/I can make you shine bright/Like you’re laying in the snow/Burr,” go the lyrics.
Just last week Justin put the decision making over his new single’s artwork into the hands of his fans – asking them to choose which cover should adorn the track when it is officially released later this year.
