Jessie J Denies Dissing Rihanna On Twitter After Outraging Fans

Jessie J has been forced to deny that she dissed Rihanna on Twitter earlier today after the ‘Diamonds’ singer’s fans became outraged by a message they thought was aimed at RiRi.

Without naming names, Jessie made a dig at people who post attention-seeking photos on Instagram of themselves smoking, something which most thought to be aimed at the singer who often posts similar images and last week, came under fire for sharing a photo of marijuana.

“I’m bored… Maybe I should get naked and smoke and take pictures of myself and post them on instagram? Or NOT… *rolls eyes*,” Jessie tweeted earlier today.

While Jessie J refrained from directly aiming the tweet at anyone in particular, most assumed RiRi was her target. “Did Jessie J just boy off Rihanna big time,” Twitter user @HobbieStuart wrote. ?

@ratchetphy thought it was a bad move for Jessie to blast the world’s biggest music star, writing: “Jessie j should stay in her lane, who is she to be sending for rihanna lol ?”

One of Rihanna’s many fan sites ?@Rihanna_Navy_x wrote: “So I used to really like and respect @JessieJ but I no longer do.”

Meanwhile, @bradleyh_ wrote: “Oooow from that retweet someone’s hating on rihanna. No one want to see you naked Jessie j.”

Following the outpouring of claims she was verbally attacking Rihanna, Jessie later tweeted: “Hahaha my TL is hilarious. My last tweet about instagram sadly wasn’t an indirect at anyone inparticular.

“There is definately more than 1 person posting those kind of pictures. Hence my tweet.”

“Making something of nothing…”

“I’m going to be honest. My tweet about instagram was NOT aimed at anyone inparticular.”

“But I will openly say the amount of pictures including men and woman nude and girls and guys promoting smoking drugs on the internet these days is a lot. Feels like the boundries are disappearing. Its become fashionable and in my opinion its too much. Call me what you want but that’s MY opinion and I’m intitled to one,(sic)” she added.
