Jamie Dornan And Dakota Johnson Start Shooting Fifty Shades Of Grey Movie
The Fifty Shades of Grey movie has officially started shooting, with lead stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson spotted filming scenes at a cafe in Vancouver, Canada over the weekend.
Brit hunk Jamie plays Christian Grey in the anticipated film based on EL James’ smash hit novel with Dakota starring opposite him as Mr Grey’s bedroom protégé.
The two were seen filming in the GasTown district of Vancouver on Sunday and it looks like the pair are being eased into what will surely be a very saucy shoot, with some low key (and fully clothed) scenes in a local cafe.

31-year-old Northern Irish actor Jamie was looking very dapper in a grey suit jacket and matching waistcoat paired with jeans and a crisp white shirt, perfectly befitting of the billionaire businessman he portrays. Jamie was seen carrying a tray of coffee to a table where Dakota was sitting before the pair were filmed chatting over their drinks.
Dakota, 24, meanwhile was dressed more casually for her role as literature student Ana, looking pretty in an army green jacket and printed scarf with her dyed brunette locks left loose and wavy for the scene.

The production, which is being overseen by director Sam Taylor-Johnson, completely took over the local cafe for the Sunday shoot with crowds of crew members spotted milling around the location.
Author E.L. James was also there for what is thought to have been the first day of shooting, with the British writer excitedly keeping her online fans up to date with the day’s activities. James Instagrammed a photo from the set showing the production’s clapperboard with the simple caption “Action!”.

James and the rest of the crew and cast are no doubt relieved the production is finally underway after shooting was delayed following first choice lead Charlie Hunnam’s sudden exit.
The Sons of Anarchy star cited his busy television schedule for the reason for his shock departure, with Jamie cast a few weeks later.
Meanwhile it was announced this week that Rita Ora has been cast in the movie, as Grey’s adoptive sister Mia.
