She while eating spaghetti and wheatballs, Ginnifer chats about choosing to become a vegetarian about a year ago:
“I don’t have to worry about the fact that I’m having spaghetti for lunch! I enjoy food more. I’ve cut out so many calories [by not eating] animal products, but I’m certainly making them up in other areas. So my cholesterol is better and I’ve stayed the exact same size but I’m eating more in quantity, which is my natural inclination. I’m a big eater.”
On what she thought of the provocative images she took for the mag she says:
“I’m positive people don’t see me this way. They think I am Margene or Gigi. I was delighted that what I saw was so against what people would call ‘my type.'”
Coming up she has a role in designer Tom Ford’s much-anticipated directorial debut and a turn in the movie adaptation of Beverly Cleary’s Beezus and Ramona.
