Eminem To Perform Tracks From ‘The Marshall Mathers LP 2’ On Saturday Night Live

Eminem looks set to appear on long running American comedy variety show Saturday Night Live in November, and it looks as though the rapper has a treat in store for fans as he will reportedly perform a series of songs from his new album ‘Marshall Mathers LP 2.’

The Slim Shady rapper last appeared on the show in 2010 and next month’s appearance will be his sixth visit, it comes just a few days before he releases his eighth studio album ‘MMLP2.’

41-year-old Eminem has so far previewed three tracks from the album, he released ‘Berzerk’ back in August and ‘Survival’ on October 8. This week he unveiled the six-minute long ‘Rap God’ where Eminem declared himself the greatest rapper of the genre.

The album will also see Em team up with a number of artists including Rihanna, Skylar Grey, Nate Ruess and his label mate Kendrick Lamar who is the only other rapper to feature on the record.

Eminem’s appearance on SNL follows the likes of Katy Perry, Arcade Fire and Miley Cyrus who have performed on the show this season.

‘Rap God’ is available now on iTunes and ‘The Marshall Mathers LP 2’ will be out on November 5.
