Chelsea FC Boss Jose Mourinho ‘Instructs Medical Team To Look After Niall Horan’ Following Knee Surgery
It certainly doesn’t hurt to have friends in high places as Niall Horan will know all about after being giving the VIP treatment by football manager Jose Mourinho, who is reportedly ensuring personally that the singer is looked after by his top physiotherapists as he recovers from a knee injury.
The Little Things singer underwent surgery on his troubled knee this week after injuring it last December, taking to Twitter to inform fans that the operation went well as well as asking for privacy as he makes a recovery.
“Yes I’ve had major knee surgery, a much larger surgery than first anticipated, but i would like to tell u, it was a complete success ! Considering the scale of it! So all I ask of you guys is that you would respect my privacy as I try to recover and get for the where we are tour!” wrote the singer.
According to The Sun, the 20-year-old can expect expert after care as he regains his fitness ahead of the band’s Where We Are tour in April as Chelsea FC manager Mourinho has told his medical team to give Niall whatever assistance he needs.
“He was smuggled into the club’s training ground in Cobham, Surrey, this week to be treated by their world class medical team,” a source told the paper.
It seems that Niall is already being treated like Chelsea FC royalty and is receiving special care just like any other player.
“Niall has been welcomed into the club as if he’s a Chelsea star himself,” the source revealed, adding: “It’s the best possible place for him to get the rehab he needs on his knee because he needs to be fighting fit for the band’s stadium tour later this year.”
Sounds like Niall will be back on his feet in no time.
