Geordie Shore Series Filming Suspended Following Cast Members ‘Arrest After Nightclub Fight’

The filming of Geordie Shore has been “temporarily suspended” after it emerged that two cast members were arrested by the police after becoming involved in a fight.

It has been reported that Vicky Pattison and Holly Hagan were detained by police for questioning with regards to an incident which left a student hurt from a high heel shoe, according to Digital Spy.

However, whilst Holly and Vicky were questioned by the police, they have not been charged.

Despite this, filming for the MTV series has been put on hold with a rep for Geordie Shore telling EntertainmentWise: “Following an incident during filming that has led to a police enquiry into an alleged offence by a member of the cast, MTV and Lime Pictures have temporarily suspended filming of Geordie Shore series 7 pending further enquiries.

“The decision has already been taken to remove certain cast members from the production process for the time being.”

Appearing to know what happened, a source told the Mirror: “Gaz and James from the show were at one table and a group of girls at the table next to them. Vicky got involved in an altercation with the girls at the table and suddenly all hell broke lose.

“What looked like a stiletto shoe went flying through the air and then all the bouncers came in. Vicky moved away from the table to another part of the club, but then came back again and a row started again.”

“In the end, everyone from Geordie Shore had to leave. The show has its own security for filming and they also got involved, everyone was trying to calm Vicky down,” they continued.

“It was impossible to tell what the argument was about.”
