Cressida Bonas ‘Refuses To Be Prince Harry’s Trophy Wife’
Cressida Bonas seems to be setting down some rules if she’s to stick with boyfriend Prince Harry, as she’s adament that she will not be the Prince’s “trophy wife”.
Having been compared to Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson, Prince Harry’s uncle Prince Andrew’s ex-wife, due to her typically student partying ways, the 24-year-old blonde is proving to be much more of a modern prince’s girlfriend, and apparently is hesitant to get involved much further with Harry if he’s expecting of her the roles that Kate Middleton carries out as Prince William’s wife.
According to a friend of Cressida, she has warned Harry of getting too close to sister-in-law Pippa Middleton, much to the apparent outrage of Harry. Despite pictures of the student being made public of her in a bikini at a party and swigging straight from the bottle of wine, she has also apparently expressed her uneasy feelings about the prince spending too much time with his best friend, and party planner, Guy Pelly, as she believes him to be a “bad influence”.

Much like Kate, Cressida has also stemmed from nowhere and has no royal background to boot. Sources have said that being thrown straight into the paparazzi lifestyle of a prince’s girlfriend has been a “struggle” for her.
Talking to The Sunday People, a source said: “Sadly for Harry, she thinks she is too young to do that. She likes to go out and enjoy herself and is a long, long way off being anyone’s wife let alone a royal wife.”

Their relationship has been hailed as “on the rocks” because of this, despite friends claiming that Harry still wants to settle down with the party girl. Rumours of this mainly stemmed from the fact that the prince’s girlfriend failed to fly out to join Harry on his tour of the US a couple of weeks ago, though they’ve been said to have kept in contact.
With family said to be unhappy with his choice of girlfriend, it doesn’t look promising for the couple.
