What were they thinking? These 6 celebrities all looked strange when they hit the red carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. Madonna appeared to have forgotten to add something on her lower half – the legendary singer strolled around in fishnet stockings and heels during the night. Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger decided to show off their love by wearing matching black leather outfits to the event. Jenny McCartney was definitely the ultimate worst, wearing a terrible black crop top with a strangely ripped skirt that did little to flatter her. Kesha tried to class things up with minimal makeup, heels and a black dress but her dress was made trashy with a huge butt slit!
