5 Celebrities React to Justin Bieber’s Arrest

Justin Bieber made big headlines when he got himself arrested recently. The troubled teen singer has been involved in a whole series of unfortunate events as of late which has culminated in him landing in the slammer for a D.U.I. and allegedly drag racing in a Lamborghini. Several celebrities have voiced their opinion on Bieber’s downward spiral, wishing him well, hoping he recovers and stating that no knows what he is going through. Mostly defending him and wishing him well, these stars hope Justin can pull through this difficult experience and learn from it.

Ellen DeGeneres

Ellen was saddened by the news and hopes he won’t harm himself any further: “It’s hard to hear all this news about Justin Bieber. I hope he makes his way to adulthood without him or anyone else getting hurt.”

Lady Gaga

Gaga said that no one knows what he is going through: “Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to stand up for themselves, but I think we should be supportive of Beliebers. We may not understand everything celebrities do because there’s only so much we see, but Justin and Beliebers were “born this way” too. Let’s spread love and compassion to Beliebers today.”

Ariana Grande

Ariana gives her own opinion on the arrest after meeting Bieber personally: “I think it’s really serious. I’ve seen tweets of people making fun of the mugshot and all this stuff, and it’s so ignorant. It’s got to a point where I just want him to be okay. It’s this very serious thing. It’s not just like a kid who’s, you know screwing around, it’s dangerous.It’s very serious and upsetting. He’s the most visible and yet isolated human being I’ve ever met.”

Ireland Baldwin

Ireland asks true fans to try and help him positively: “We all make mistakes. We’re human. Though, a DUI is on a whole other level. I know plenty of people who have been in collisions due to drunk drivers and a friend of mine was killed by a drunk driver. This is not inspiring. This is some serious s***. If you are truly his fan, you will stop defending him and start praying for him.”

Goldie Hawn

Goldie is upset by how Bieber has put himself in danger: ”It actually breaks my heart because I know what’s going on. Now they’re self-medicating and this is the most dangerous thing for them. Talent, sweetness, ability to manage — what good they could be doing, how happy they could be feeling. And as a mother — and a grandmother now — all I want to do is hold them.”
