It seems that Twilight actresses Kristen Stewart and Ashley Greene have been sharing style secrets after they both turned up to events in metallic silver and gold dresses within a week of each other.

K-Stew was first to step out in a glitzy metallic number at the MTV Music Awards. The young starlet teamed her dress with a pair of black heels and kept things simple by fixing her hair into a sleek ponytail.

The next week it was Ash's turn to take on the gold and silver frock. Miss G chose a strapless version of the glamorous dress, accesorising it with a pair of gold drop earrings and a black clutch bag.

As for her hair she... erm kept things simple by tying it in a sleek ponytail! Snap!

But as ever the only thing we really want to know is which Twilight star wore it best?
