Review: Lawson Headline Kings College, London

Band thank fans for 'the best night of their lives'...

Newcomers Lawson took to the stage at Kings College in London last night, attracting hundreds of extremely excited fans who piled into the small venue to see their 'new fave band' perform.

Entertainmentwise headed down to the venue to check out the bands 'biggest headline show' and we have to say - aside from the 'barging through' hundreds of screaming girls waving banners around, we were pretty impressed with the guys' overall performance.

The good-looking bunch described the gig as an 'amazing experience' and were clearly loving every minute of their new-found fame!

Lead singer Andy Brown took to Twitter soon after the gig to thank fans for 'the best night of his life'. "Amazing gig tonight. Defo one of the best feelings I've ever had. Thank you," the singer tweeted on Wednesday after their performance, before adding today: "What a show last night at kings college London! - send me your pics guys!"

"London, thank you for the best night of my life last night," drummer Adam Pitts added. "What a show!"

The 'When She Was Mine' singer's also performed a free gig at the Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherd's Bush on Tuesday evening (May 29), following their appearance at this year's Glamour Women of the Year Awards - where they mingled with A-Listers including Jessie J and Ronnie Wood.

The guys have also been added to quite a few festivals this summer - including this year's V Festival, where they'll take to the stage alongside the likes of Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj, Olly Murs, Snow Patrol and Noel Gallagher.

Definite ones to watch...
