If Kate Middleton thinks she’s the only one sporting the Team GB colours in her recent Olympian themed get-up, she’s not the only one who knows how to do it fashionably as model Lily Cole and fashion designer Stella McCartney flied the British flag at the Royal Academy of Arts last night.
24-year-old Lily Cole looked stunning as she showed off her patriotic flair in a chic satin scarlet dress coat teamed with a quirky pair of black heels featuring flower detailing, just in time to sneak the floral trend in before the colder months creep upon us.
She wore her strawberry blonde locks in a messy updo and donned a glossy red lip to finish off the look, accessorising with a red waistbelt to accentuate her tiny waist and a black leather shoulder bag.

Meanwhile, fashion designer Stella McCartney stayed true to her androgynous signature style in a striking cobalt blue leaf printed tuxedo jacket with a matching shirt and trouser combo, designed by no other than herself, of course.
The 40-year-old designer, who created the Olympic kits, teamed the look with an oversized black snakeskin clutch bag, and matching pointed shoes featuring white platforms. She scraped her hair back into her usual I-don’t-care ponytail and wore a minimal make-up look.
Meanwhile, Kate Middleton attended the reception at the Royal Academy of Arts last night wearing a stunning Roksanda Ilincic dress which we’ve seen before on her trip to LA last year.
