It appears that Amy Childs is ready for the world to see her newly enhanced chest, a month after going under knife to increase them from a C to a DD cup.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, who recently spoke of how the operation left her in so much pain she had to take morphine, appeared to be in good spirits when she was spotted walking with her beau, who she credited for her recovery from the operation.

Speaking about her beau in an interview with new! magazine, the star added: "He is good, bless him. He’s always asking if I’m OK or need anything.
"David said he didn’t think there was anything wrong with them before but he knew I wanted them done. He hasn’t said, 'Ooh, I like them!' He’s more like, 'I want you to be happy and I want you to be comfortable'."
Giving her cleavage as much sun exposure as she could, the reality TV star opted to wear a low cut maxi dress for her outing yesterday. The star teamed up her outfit with a pair of white sandals and a gold cuff on her wrist.
