She's reportedly newly single and probably missing a bit of physical contact so it's hardly surprising that Avril Lavigne was spotted getting more than a little close to her female holiday companion earlier this week!
Avril was pictured getting touch-feely with her mate whilst she enjoyed the sunshine (and a few drinks by the looks of it) on a Mexican beach break.
The singer, who was dressed in cut-off white shorts and a baggy tee, laughed as she snuggled up to her brunette friend on a sun lounger. As the pair took a walk along the sand, she was spotted tugging at her mate's bikini bottoms and at one point grabbed a handful of her friend's impressive assets!
Avril is single since reportedly splitting from reality star boyfriend Brody Jenner back in January. But just like any girl recovering from a break-up the singer knows that the only way to get over heartache is having fun with a group of mates. There was no hint that she'd been gorging on chocolates in the midst of her split though, as she showed off some impresssive abs (and her dance moves) on the beach.
