Speaking at this year's Comic-Con, Kristen Stewart has admitted that adapting to motherhood for her role in the final Twilight movie taught her a few life lessons.
Kristen's character Bella Swan gives birth to a vampire in the final movie, after becoming one herself. She and her vampire husband Edward Cullen, played by real-life beau Robert Pattinson, then bring up the child together.
The vampire couple face more challenges than your average new parents, fighting off the evil Volturi intent on killing their 'inbred' child.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight Canada at Comic-Con, Kristen admitted that the scenes with her on-screen daughter, played by child actor Mackenzie Foy, taught her a lot.
ET Canada tweeted live from the San Diego movie and culture festival:
#KStew in #BCBG @ #ComicCon! She says "motherhood is eye opening & her daughter Mackenzie was less nervous than her!"
Mackenzie herself meanwhile told the entertainment site that off-screen couple Robert and Kristen were great 'parents', really taking care of her on set.
The 12 year-old is reported to have said she wasn't at all nervous when she met the Hollywood power couple, and that they were 'super cool'.
ET Canada said:
"'#ComicCon Mackenzie Foy tells us Rob & Kristen are 'amazing parents, super cool & she wasn't nervous meeting them!'"
With all this talk of babies, rumours have been flying about Rob and Kristen trying for one of their own. The pair are said to have denied this, insisting they have 'no baby plans'.
Shame! We wanted to see if it would come out human...
