There's no denying that Miley Cyrus has been looking amazing lately – but people are concerned that her exercise regime is too intense. However, her Pilates coach says she's doing all the right things – and she's been defending her from critics.
Mari Wilson runs a Los Angeles pilates class that Miley has been attending every day for the past four months. She told People magazine:
“I think people need to chill out. [Miley] is healthy and feels good, that's the main thing...she's smart about her body. She wanted to sculpt her body, that's all.”
According to Mari, Miley is also on a gluten free diet.
She said “She loves her abs, of course! She's young and she's got a beautiful body. What we focus on with Miley is posture. That was my main concern when she first came to me. I wanted to get her shoulders down and get her to relax her upper body. If you notice, her posture is a lot better.”
