The Only Way Is Essex stars Joey Essex and Lucy Mecklenburgh were being snapped by many paparazzi yesterday at a press event, where the perfect pair donned swimwear to promote a brand of washing powder.
Lucy playfully pushed Joey towards the pool, but with lightening fast reactions, Joey grabbed Lucy and pulled her into the pool with him, heels and all.
Just the day before the press event (26 June), it was reported that Joey had been mugged at knife-point in West London by two yobs who posed as fans of the Essex show.
Viewers most recently saw Lucy get engaged to hunk Mario Falcone in the TOWIE summer special, The Only Way Is Marbs. The Marbella special also saw Joey struggle to open a patio door, later composing himself enough to romance girlfriend Sam Faiers by giving her a handwritten love letter.
