Chris Brown will reportedly escape charges over his fight "with Drake" last week.
The 'Turn Up The Music' hitmaker was caught up in a brawl at a New York nightclub, but is thought to escape punishment from police.
Speaking to RadarOnline, a source says: "It looks very likely that neither Chris, nor [his girlfriend] Karreuche [Tran] will be charged with any criminal wrongdoing stemming from the nightclub brawl.
"Chris has been extremely cooperative and forthcoming with information to the investigating officers, which they are thankful for. Once the bottles started flying Chris did the right thing and just got the hell of there."
He allegedly will now "lay low" until the release of his new album Fortune on July 3.
As for Drake, he is not off the hook quite yet.
The source continues: "Drake and his crew have no plans to talk to cops, and they are under no obligation to do so.
"However, the way the direction the investigation is heading there definitely will be criminal charges filed against the appropriate individuals."
Both Drake and Brown have tweeted about the events, but have deleted their rants.
Photos of the fight... kinda...
