PHOTOS: The Beatles Unveil Waxwork At Madame Tussauds

In honour of Paul McCartney's 70th birthday!

The Beatles legend Paul McCartney is set to celebrate his 70th birthday on June 18 and to honour the huge birthday milestone, Madame Tussauds have added the record-breaking band to their massive list of A-List waxworks.

The superstar recently played the Queen's diamond Jubilee concert and is also set to be the last act at the opening ceremony of the Olympics on the 27th July - so, what better way to honour the singer's constant success than by building a wax figurine of him and his bandmates for all to see?

Fans have already been pictured posing with the figures, as pictures have been released of the set-to- be huge successes at the popular tourist attraction in central London.

Since the bands' success, McCartney seems to have now been rocketed to a showbiz place higher than the likes of fellow legends the Rolling Stones - he's still definitely flying the flag for the British band!

This autumn will also mark the 50th anniversary of the guys' first single, 'Love Me Do', which was released back in October 1962.

Will you be heading to Madame Tussauds to check out The Beatles?
