Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are hoping to throw a star-studded bash to celebrate the 2012 London Olympics with stars including Catherine Zeta-Jones, David and Victoria Beckham expected to attend.
The 'Moneyball' actor and his bride-to-be will be reportedly hosting the event at London's Victoria & Albert Museum, held in honour of boxing legend Muhammad Ali.
Enjoying the champagne reception that will be held on the museum's lawn are stars including the 'Rock of Ages' actress's husband Michael Douglas and Sharon Stone as well as other Hollywood A-listers. Following their four-course dinner, guests will be invited back to Brad and Angelina's Richmond home for a swanky bash.
The couple are currently based in the UK while Angelina films her new movie 'Maleficent' and as previously reported the couple bought the house that they rented last year while Brad filmed 'World War Z'.
"Forget the official opening ceremony, this is the party to be at,” a source told the Daily Mirror. "Angelina is on official work duty but Brad is ensuring fun will be had after hours, and is very hands-on organising the house party after.
"It's going to be an Olympics-themed party, with huge buckets of home-made cocktails on offer.
"The who's who of British and American celebrity will be in attendance, and invitees have been ordered not to take any photos from their phones."
The party are is said to be raising funds for the Sports for Peace initiative, and the bash will be held on July 25.
Brad and Angelina are expected to attend the London 2012 opening ceremony on July 27.
