To Celebrate The Queen's Jubilee, We Give You Our TV Queens!

The undisputed stars of your favourite reality shows

With the upcoming Queen's Diamond Jubilee, Entertainmentwise wanted to count down the current queens of reality TV. The undisputed queen of reality TV is without a doubt Kim Kardashian, whose show Keeping Up With The Kardashians has reportedly made her into the highest-paid television reality star according to the New York Post, and her E! reality show not only regularly attracts millions of viewers worldwide but has made her into a global superstar.

However Kim isn’t the only queen in Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and special mention must go to ‘Momager’ Kris Jenner, who manages the careers of her six children and is the ever-present matriarch, on hand to help her offspring with life, love and work problems.

Closer to home, Lauren Goodger is undoubtedly the queen bee in The Only Way Is Essex. No one dare mess with the ballsy salon owner, although she recently had to come grovelling back to TOWIE producers of the show after throwing a hissy fit, declaring that she was the star of the hit ITV2 show and accusing them of treating her badly.

This year Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh has shot to fame, going from BFF Caggie Dunlop’s sidekick to the main star on this season of the hit E4 show. Now part of one of the hottest couples with bad boy rapper Professor Green, Millie Mackintosh has never been more in demand, making her the current queen of Chelsea.

Although she no longer graces our screens, former Hills and Laguna Beach star Kristen Cavallari is without a doubt one of the  most memorable queens of reality TV. Ruling the Hollywood scene, no one on the hit MTV reality show came out victorious against the outspoken television personality, especially rival Lauren Conrad!

Fellow US reality star Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi may come in at under 5ft, but you certainly shouldn’t mess with the pintsized Jersey Shore star. The hard-partying soon-to-be-mom isn’t afraid of a fight, especially after a drink or two, and her extreme fashion sense and oomph-loompa orange tan has ensured her place as queen of the Guidos.

She is the girl next door, always equipped with a smile and a pretty tea dress, but buxom blonde Holly Willoughby is also the current queen of the presenters, fronting This Morning, The Voice and Celebrity Juice. She is the presenter that all other hosts aspire to, and she appears to manage her hectic presenting schedule effortlessly.

Another smiley blonde reality TV queen is Welsh opera singer Katherine Jenkins, and although she didn’t win Dancing With The Stars, she was the most popular star on the show, and kept viewers glue to their screens with her precise footwork and energetic routines with professional dancing partner Mark Ballas.

TV judge Amanda Holden had a brief break from Britain’s Got Talent at the start of this year, after the difficult birth of her second child Hollie Rose, but upon her return she was straight back on the show keeping her naughty fellow judges Simon Cowell and David Walliams in line, and ruling over proceedings with matriarchal ease.

Tulisa Contostavlos, A.K.A. 'The Female Boss', is the current queen of the X Factor judging panel, never shy to speak her mind and always quick to point out the obvious. She is definitely one X Factor judge that hopeful auditionees wont want to mess with!

X Factor rival The Voice also has a queen bee, and that is 24-year-old Jessie J, the singing sensation who is tough, edgy and streetwise. The ‘Do It Like A Dude’ singer certainly doesn’t take any cheek from her fellow Voice coaches, and has proved to be one of the most influential panellists on the show.

Diva extraordinaire Christina Aguilera appears on the US version of The Voice, and just like Jessie J, she is one fierce lady you wouldn’t want to mess with. Following reported rows with fellow coach Adam Levine and even Voice contestant Tony Lucca, Christina wants everyone to know that she runs the show, and what she says goes.

Jennifer Lopez is the only female judge on American Idol, and although she is less aggressive than fellow diva Christina Aguilera, there is no doubt that she is pop royalty and gets what she wants (which includes a massive salary and wardrobe full of designer outfits to wear on the show!).

Perhaps the biggest queen of them all however, is Simon Cowell (we joke we joke), However, the TV mogul is famed for his lateness, demanding his own personal makeup artist, and legendary impatience, and he expects nothing less than the royal treatment wherever he goes!
