Tonight the Britain's Got Talent Semi-Finals reach the half-way stage, and with fewer slots left in the competition and some of the early favourites dropping out of the competition now's the time to look back on some of the best moments of the early stages of this ultra-competitive week of weeding out those acts not quite fit for a Queen.
One of the acts who gained the most column inches from the auditions round was The Showbears, after a camp dance act saw judge David Walliams join them onstage, yet they didn't make it into the top three of their Semi-Final, although judge David Walliams has promised to champion their case for a wildcard slot in the final.
As expected favourites Jonathon and Charlotte have made it through, though they'll face stiff competition from dog and owner team Pudsey and Kayleigh, especially as BGT boss Simon Cowell is on record as saying he wants a canine champion.
Joining them were ballroom dancers Kai and Natalia, with Welsh male voice Choir Only Boys Aloud making up the first 4 to hit the finals.
However it was heartbreak for boy band The Mend and young singer Paige Turley, as they both made it into the final three only to lose out to either the judges vote, or in the case of The Mend a tiebreak involving the public's votes.
So with more heartbreak and joy to come this evening, Wednesday and Thursday, let's have a brief recap of the story so far.
