We're not going to lie, when Kelly Rowland was announced as an X Factor judge last year, we were surprised. But as the former Destiny Child's star settled into her role alongside Tulisa Contostavlos, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh, we could understand why Simon Cowell picked her.
However, the star's X Factor experience was a short lived one as she announced yesterday that she would not be returning to the show. Saddened by the news, we've put together our top ten reasons for why we'll miss Ms Kelly from the panel.
10. Her Performance: Kelly pulled out all the stops when she took to the stage to perform her song on the show last year. With a body to die for, the star showed it off in a barely there outfit. We were all left speechless.
9. Her Miami Mansion: The girls who got through to the judges house round were in for a treat when they arrived at Kelly's Miami mansion. We're sure the star was the perfect hostess.
8. Her riveting new words: Who can forget: "Gawd dog woman! You put it down" and "Who knew you were doing up tempo owww!" Love them!
7. Her fights with Louis Walsh: We're going to be honest, Kelly and Louis were never really friends were they? But whilst they may not liked each other, we loved it!
6. Her crush on Gary Barlow: Kelly admitted in an interview with The Sun that she had a "slight crush" on her co-judge and this was easy to see during her time spent sitting next to the gorgeous Take That frontman.
5. Her 'sick' voice: Yep, Kelly was brave enough to use 'the sick voice' to cast her vote on the show which she was absent from following her bust up with Tulisa on a previous show.
4.Her moving mole: Normally a mole stays in one pace but the little dot kept on moving around Kelly's face. We couldn't keep up!
3. Her faces: Whether she was surprised, shocked, upset or amazing, Kelly had a face for them all!
2. Her friendship with Beyonce: Who knows, maybe Beyonce may have helped her pick her final acts this year.
1. Her style: From her floor length gowns to her mini dresses, Kelly knew how to show off her body during her time on the show.
