Forget Paris, London and New York any fashionista knows that Essex is where it is at for fresh, new fashion as Amy Childs kicks off Essex Fashion Week.
The flashy county rounded up the best of its photo-friendly residence at the CEME Conference Centre in Rainham to showcase the best Essex has to offer.
After launching her range at a star-studded show in Camden, London earlier this year, 21 year-old beautician turned business woman Amy Childs was clearly excited to show off her debut collection on her home turf and enlisted her former The Only Way Is Essex co-stars to help.
Lauren Goodger sat front row in a pair of very tight leather trousers as did fan favourite Nanny Pat and Jessica Wright. Amy’s cousin Harry Derbridge was also there to offer his support as was ex-love interest and Celebrity Big Brother star Kirk Norcross.
But it wasn’t all ‘vajazzles’ and ‘well jel’ as stars of the Liverpool TOWIE, Desperate Scousewives made an appearance. Blonde bombshells Debbie and Gill O’Toole got in the spirit, with Gill even taking to the stage to dance with TOWIE star Cara Kilbey.
As designer du jour Amy made several outfit changes throughout the show and even took to the catwalk herself.
Clearly it had all gone well as the star later tweeted. “Had the best day at #essexfashionweek everyone loved my collection xxx”
