Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has made a surprising revelation that the Queen and the rest of the royal family are fans of the popular ITV reality show.
Amanda, who sits on the judging panel alongside Simon Cowell, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon, has confessed that she wants the Queen, Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge to really enjoy this new series which launches next weekend.
The mum-of-two revealed to The Sun: “BGT is a family show so I want to find an act that will appeal to the whole royal family. I want Kate and William to enjoy our acts as much as the Queen. I know they all watch the show, I've asked them.”
One of the show's insiders added: “BGT is a show that is aimed at everyone - rich or poor, royal or commoner. It's great that the Queen and Kate and Wills are fans.”

Last year, The Queen admitted to X Factor finalist Mary Byrne that she requests her staff to "record" the show so that she can "watch it the next day".
ITV have debuted a tongue-in-cheek trailer for the new series, which saw Amanda and the other judges being summoned to Buckingham Palace to see the Queen, where Simon Cowell assured the monarch that they would not let her down with the new series of show.
And it seems like the Queen isn’t the only fan of reality TV, as Prince Harry has sat in the audience for The X Factor, and also Prince Charles is rumoured to be a dedicated fan of BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.
