Most new mothers would be trying to grab a nap while their baby is asleep, but not Beyonce!
The 'Single Ladies' singer is doing six mini-workouts a day but in just 20-minute stints while her daughter is asleep.
Even though Blue was born just last month, Beyonce has been pictured out supporting her husband as he play Carnegie Hall, New York earlier this month.
Beyonce is thought to have put on 28lbs and she's keen to get things back to normal, but she's not pushing it too hard.
A source told Grazia magazine: "Beyonce's doing 20-miute workout sessions every time Blue naps. They range from doing gentle Pilates to 10 minutes of squats, or a few lunges."
The 30-year-old is already rumoured to be working on her new album, which has been inspired by baby Blue and we can't wait to see her back up on stage.
