Keira Knightley looked thinner than ever last night as she stepped out in London to premiere new film 'A Dangerous Method'.
The movie has been generating positive critical feedback and also stars Michael Fassbender and Viggo Mortenson.
After the gala screening at the capital's Mayfair, the cast and crew headed over to the 34 Restaurant for the after-party.
Knightley was snapped looking smitten with boyfriend, Klaxons' James Righton, whilst Fassbender talked to photographers as he ventured out for a cigarette.
The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star had previously admitted needing vodka and champagne to get through the masochistic sex scenes in the film.
